Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose of this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with the service. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaching it is a breach of those Terms.

The rules exist for two reasons: to keep the service stable and fair for everyone using it, and to keep both you and us on the right side of the law.

2. Permitted use

The service is licensed for private, personal, non-commercial viewing within a single household.

You may install the service on as many of your own devices as you wish. The limit that matters is the number of simultaneous streams, which is stated on your plan and applies to concurrent viewing rather than installations.

You may watch while travelling, provided you remain the account holder and use remains personal.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the service to do any of the following:

• Share, resell, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise redistribute your credentials or access to any person outside your household
• Display content publicly or commercially, including in bars, restaurants, hotels, shops, offices, waiting rooms, gyms or any other public or business premises
• Charge others for access, whether directly or as part of another product or service
• Record, capture, download, re-encode, rebroadcast, restream or otherwise redistribute any content
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with connection limits, geographic restrictions, digital rights management or any other technical measure
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated tools to access the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source of any component of the service
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach any security or authentication measure
• Use the service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or degrades the experience of other users
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any law applicable to you
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation when dealing with us

4. Your legal responsibility

We provide a streaming service. We do not produce, commission, broadcast or hold rights in third-party programming.

Laws concerning the licensing, distribution and reception of content differ significantly between countries. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in the jurisdiction where you use it. If you are unsure, take independent legal advice before subscribing.

By using the service you confirm that you will comply with all laws applicable to you, and you accept responsibility for the consequences if you do not.

5. Connection limits and credential sharing

Your plan permits a specific number of simultaneous connections. Attempting to exceed that number may cause streams to fail.

We monitor for patterns consistent with credential sharing and resale, including simultaneous access from widely separated locations, abnormally high connection counts and automated access patterns.

Where we detect such patterns, we may reduce your available connections, suspend access pending explanation, or terminate the subscription without refund, depending on the severity of what we find.

6. Security and integrity

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, to other users’ accounts, or to any system or network connected to the service.

You must not introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the service through denial-of-service activity or any comparable means.

If you become aware of a security vulnerability, please report it to us privately rather than disclosing or exploiting it. We will engage constructively with good-faith reports.

7. Reporting a breach

If you believe someone is using the service in breach of this policy, particularly by reselling access, report it to [email protected] with as much detail as you can provide. Reports are treated confidentially.

8. Consequences of breach

Where we determine that this policy has been breached, we may take any of the following steps, depending on the seriousness and whether it has happened before:

• Issue a warning and require the activity to stop
• Reduce the number of available simultaneous connections
• Suspend access temporarily while we investigate
• Terminate the subscription immediately without refund
• Refuse to provide service to you in future
• Report the matter to the relevant authorities, where the conduct appears unlawful

For serious breaches, particularly commercial redistribution, we will normally terminate immediately and without warning.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service and the legal landscape change. The date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
