Terms of Service
These terms set out the agreement between you and Apollo Group TV when you purchase or use our service. Please read them before subscribing.

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Apollo Group TV ("we", "us", "our"), including this website and any subscription purchased through it (together, the "Service").
By purchasing a subscription, accessing the Service, or using any credentials issued to you, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a subscription.
2. The Service we provide
We provide access to a streaming service delivered over the internet. A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the Service for the term you have paid for.
Each subscription permits a defined number of simultaneous connections, stated at the point of purchase. Exceeding that limit may cause streams to fail or be interrupted.
We are a service provider. We do not produce, commission, broadcast or hold rights in third-party programming, and we make no representation that any particular content will be available at any particular time. Content availability may change without notice.
3. Subscription terms and payment
Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term. Payment is taken once, in advance, for the term you select. Prices are displayed before purchase and are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We do not store payment details for the purpose of future charges, and no further payment will be taken unless you actively purchase another term.
When a term expires, access ends. You may purchase a further term at any time. If you purchase while an existing term is still running, the new period is added to the remaining balance rather than replacing it.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. Access credentials are delivered to that address, and we cannot deliver them anywhere else.
4. Your account and credentials
Access credentials are issued to you personally and are confidential. You are responsible for keeping them secure and for all activity occurring under them.
You must not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute your credentials or the Service to anyone outside your household
- Use the Service for any public performance, commercial exhibition or broadcast
- Attempt to circumvent connection limits, access controls or any technical measure protecting the Service
- Use automated means to access, scrape, capture, record or redistribute any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of any component of the Service
If we reasonably believe credentials are being shared, resold or otherwise used in breach of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access without refund.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying and maintaining everything needed to use the Service, including a suitable internet connection, compatible hardware and any required application. We do not provide internet access or hardware.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, including those concerning content licensing and distribution in your country of residence. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets this out in more detail and forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the Service or the enjoyment of other users.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is delivered over the public internet, and performance depends on factors outside our control, including your connection, your hardware, your local network and the infrastructure between us.
We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades or repairs. Where planned work is likely to cause meaningful disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice.
Occasional interruptions, buffering or quality variation are a normal characteristic of internet streaming and do not by themselves constitute a failure to provide the Service.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund Policy sets out when refunds are available and how to request one. It forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Because subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term and do not renew, no cancellation step is required to prevent future charges.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in this website, including its design, text, graphics, structure and software, belong to Apollo Group TV or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks and logos referenced anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that any specific content will be available, that operation will be uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription term giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice and without refund, if we reasonably determine that you have breached these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law, or if your use poses a risk to the Service or to other users.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination will do so, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them. Changes will not retroactively alter the price or length of a term you have already purchased.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
